1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through this website.
2. Booking and Payment
A booking becomes binding once confirmed and paid in accordance with the stated payment terms.
Payments are processed exclusively via PayPal. Guests are required to complete payment using a valid PayPal account. The host does not collect or store any payment card or bank details.
Where a booking allows for payment in instalments, all instalments must be paid in full by the respective due dates. Failure to pay any instalment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without further notice, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
Guests who wish to use an alternative payment method (such as bank transfer) may contact the host directly prior to booking. Alternative payment methods are offered at the host’s discretion.
3. Use of the Property
The property may only be occupied overnight by the maximum number of guests stated in the booking confirmation. Day visitors are permitted, provided they do not exceed reasonable limits and comply with house rules. Parties, events, and commercial use are not permitted.
4. Guest Obligations
Guests agree to treat the property and its contents with care. Any damage caused during the stay must be reported promptly.
5. Rental Agreement and Data Processing
Guests are required to sign a separate Rental Agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement forms an integral and binding part of the booking.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the rental agreement, the provisions of the rental agreement shall prevail.

6. Termination of Stay
The host reserves the right to cancel a booking or terminate a stay without refund in the event of serious violations of these Terms & Conditions, the house rules, or the rental agreement.
